Her recovery convinced her to go massage school and help others. She uses myofacial release, deep tissue massage, cranial sacral therapy, and passive stretching. She became a certified practitioner of Maya Abdominal Therapy in October 2015. Maya Abdominal Therapy aids digestive disorders, infertility issues, and painful menstrual cycles. Liz has practiced yoga for 15 years, is a writer, tap dancer, and a telemark skier. She can often be found riding her bike around Bozeman.</image:caption>

She enjoys continuing to learn and grow in the field of massage by taking specialized workshops and classes, such as Mayan Abdominal Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Thai Yoga Massage , which she studied at Wat Po Massage School in Thailand. Michele incorporates these techniques in a synergistic way, based on the individual needs of each client.       <image:caption>Ari has a BA from the University of Florida and a Graduate Certification from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She is originally from Miami, FL and speaks fluent Spanish. She has 22 years of experience in the insurance industry working as a FL licensed insurance adjuster specializing in Workers’ Compensation. Through this work, she has been exposed to all types of physical injuries, catastrophic or otherwise, as well as mental and occupational diseases. She was tasked with the provision of appropriate medical care and lost wage benefits to injured workers from the date of the accident throughout the entire recovery process. In addition, Ari also worked as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has been heavily involved in conflict resolution and consensus building during years of litigation of Workers’ Compensation Claims. In April of 2022, while preparing for a trip to Spain to hike “The Camino” with her husband and friends, she came to the realization that a career change was in order if she was going to maintain a healthy spiritual and physical lifestyle. Pilates offered both a positive mind and body experience which was an extremely attractive and exciting idea for a career transition.   Teaching Pilates to clients who are similarly motivated by the desire to achieve and maintain a healthy, active, and positive lifestyle for themselves became the perfect career transition. Teaching Pilates is a way of combining years of experience in the work comp arena with a personal enthusiasm and passion for the practice of Pilates. A win-win resolution!!! Pilates is first and foremost on the list when it comes to Ari’s entourage of beneficial physical movement, exercise, and activity.  Past activity ranges from cheerleading, running 5-Ks, water and snow skiing, scuba diving, yoga, weight training, Latin dance and competitively showing Arabian horses in Western Pleasure classes. More recently, time is spent with her husband hiking, dog shows with Rico who is an AKC Grand Champion Bronze, and of course, PILATES!!!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Amy Stoddart has nearly thirty years of experience teaching ballet and Pilates. She began practicing Pilates to help her maintain strength and flexibility while rehabilitating a broken foot. She quickly discovered the many benefits of  Pilates and maintained an active practice throughout her professional ballet performance career. Amy completed her certification course work in STOTT Pilates in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels through the Pacific Northwest Pilates Center in Portland, Oregon. Amy is also certified in ZenGa and Total Barre. She holds a BA in Dance from Mercyhurst College and an MFA in Dance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Continuing Education Courses include: Scoliosis Management, Programming for Breast Cancer Rehab, Athletic Conditioning on the Cardio Trap, Athletic Conditioning on the Mat, and varied myofascial techniques for injury prevention and optimal postural alignment. Amy served as an Associate Professor and Graduate Coordinator at the University of Oregon specializing in ballet technique and dance history for over a decade. She is an advanced ballet instructor at the Montana Ballet Academy, served as Co-Artistic Director of the Montana Ballet Company for six years, and is currently an Artist in Residence for MBC. Amy and her family are avid skiers, hikers, bikers, rafters, and athletes. She understands first hand the importance of keeping your body in peak physical condition so that you can continue to enjoy all that Montana and the Rocky Mountains have to offer!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ellie grew up on a dairy farm in Ithaca, NY and moved to Montana the winter of 2003 to pursue bigger mountains to ski! She has a strong love for the mountains, and desire to thrive in them whether mountain biking, backcountry skiing, wandering w kiddos, or rock climbing. She taught wilderness medicine for 10 + years, led backcountry ski/backpacking/climbing courses with NOLS, and has been ski patrolling for 17+ years in Montana, currently at Bridger Bowl. She has a husband and 2 daughters who keep her moving. She has always valued her own personal fitness, strength, and health, especially post-partum, and started to pursue this field professionally in 2021. She is currently certified as a NASM personal trainer, CF-OL1, Group Fitness Instructor, and Pregnant/Postpartum Exercise Specialist.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Christina grew up in Montana and find herself back in her home state but she currently practices medicine. Working throughout Covid reminded her of The importance of pursuing activities outside medicine. Pilates was a practice she enjoyed as it helped her recovery from injuries of her own and more endurance with the physical activities she did. She enjoyed this so much that she became certified and Stott Pilates to teach it to others . She is encouraged to use the practices of Pilates to help individuals continue to achieve balance with their bodies and become mindful of the movements they do with every day life.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>In college Danni went with friends to a hot yoga studio and appreciated the intensity of the physical experience. Over time she realized not only was she physically benefitting but mentally too. Danni moved from Washington State to Bozeman in 2019, loving everything about the area including hiking, running, camping and the community. She deeply expanded her yoga practice from 2020-2021 while working and taking classes as well as completing her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bozeman Power Yoga. As a yoga teacher and certified massage therapist, Danni's commitment to wellness shines through. Danni wants people practicing with her to feel empowered and motivated – knowing they are strong and can push through the uncomfortable in order to reach their goals.</image:caption>

She has been able to work in physical therapy settings, gyms, private studios and Club Pilates where she was able this past year to earn her Master Trainer status. In achieving this goal she has NPCP certification, PSC comprehensive, master training certification and many hours under her belt. She enjoys group and private instruction!</image:caption>
