Lindsey Petz, Private and group instructor
Lindsey Petz, PTA combines her background in rehabilitation and movement education to help clients build strength, improve function, and move with confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Montana State University before completing her Physical Therapist Assistant training in Washington.
Through her work in physical therapy, Lindsey has worked with individuals recovering from a wide range of injuries and conditions, developing a deep appreciation for the body's ability to heal through purposeful movement. Her own Pilates journey began during recovery from hip surgery, when she discovered Pilates as a powerful tool for restoring strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Lindsey completed her STOTT PILATES® Mat training and is committed to continuing her education through the full STOTT PILATES® certification pathway. Her teaching blends evidence-based rehabilitation principles with mindful movement, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can improve posture, increase strength, prevent injury, and move more efficiently in their daily lives.
